The two oldest established herds in England are the Terling and the Lavenham herd, numbering over 1500 head at Lord Ralleigh's farms in Essex. These herds - attested and tuberculin tested - have contained many champions, winning first prizes at dairy shows al over the country. Stock Bull Lavenham (imp. 1936) Janrol R.M., who was born Oct.
