Red Cross Aid in Holland. For four years, during German occupation the Dutch were derrived of food, clothing, and other necesities, and were forced into slave labor. Many, suffering from acute hunger, reverted to eating dogs and cats. Since their liberation they are being helped by the Red Cross. Dutch people wait in front of stores for their weekly food rations handed out by Dutch relief organization.
