Institut de Neurologie Belge in Brussels. A nurse administers to two patients in the annex of the Institute de Neurologie Belge, opened in August, 1945, after the worst epidemie of infantile paralysis known in Belgium broke out in July. Three iron longs, doated through Land-Lease by the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis of America in asnwer to an appeal from the Belgian Ministry of Health, were flown across the Atlantic in U.S. Armt transport planes, and installed at the Institute's annex.
