German workers receive voting papersfor the first elections to take place in Berlin, German, since 1933. This has been allowed by the Allied kommandantura in all plants, factories and offices. The elections are now held in a democratic way as the labor union organization voted by the emplyees shall advise the managements in all questions and problems concerning the enterprises.
