UNRRA displaced persons camp in Germany. Otto Bayer (right), director of a camp for displced persons in Wiesbaden, Germany, consults a Lithuanian deputy. Operated by the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration . About 7,000 refugees from all parts of Europe, encluding 1,000 children, are housed in former German Army barracks. They live as self-governing nationality group communities, each with its own schools and group activities. The camp also has a hospital, a cooperative store, recreation ares and a theater.
