Allies speed reparitation of displaced persons inside Germany. This is a Polish classroom ostablished at the captured Wehrmacht post of Gniesnau Kasserne, near the east shore of the Rhine River across from Goblenz, The school was ostablished by Lieutenant Colonel E.T. Hayes of paducah, Kentucky, in an offert to get the children startedtoward an education. Many had never been in a schoolroom before. They had spont their time playing war games, their favorite pastime being hand-grenade hunting. After finding the explosives ther would toss them at each other.
