UNRRA displaced persons camp in Germany. A staff worker takes a group of children to school at a camp for displaced persons in Wiesbaden, Germany Operated by the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration, the camp houses about 7,000 refugees from all parts of Europe, encluding 1,000 children. They live in former German Army barracks as self-governing nationality group communities, each with its own schools and group activities. The camp also has a hospital, a cooperative store, recreation ares and a theater.
