U.S. Guardsmen use Finnish type of camouflage in exercises. A detachment of Massachusetts National Guardsmen, covered with white sheets, hold a trench against the ënemy"in the winter exercises of the 1st and 2nd Battalions of the 101th Infantry, Massachusetts National Guard, at Camp Curtis Guild. The Guardsmen are trying out the camouflage methods used by the Finns on their snowcovered battlefields.
