Washington Officials arrive for U.S. Army Film Premiere. Brigadier General Benjamin O. Davis (left), a member of the Inspector General's Department of the U.S. Army, and Truman K. Gibson, civilian aide to U.S. Secretary of War Henry L. Stimson, arrive in Los Angeles to attend the premiere of a new motion picture 'The Negro Soldier'. The new film has been produced by the U.S. Army under the direction of Colonel Frank Capra, formerly a noted motion picture director in Hollywood.
