'Duplicate' chiefs for the forces appointed. The three new 'duplicate' chiefs leaving No. 10 Downing Street after attending a conference. Left to right - General Sir Hohn G. Dill, new Vice-Chief of the Imperial General Staff, at present commanding the last Army Corps in France; Vice-Admiral Tom S.V.
