New York's Mayor is pleased with his decoration! Mr. Fiorello La Guardia, Mayor of New York, apparently expressing ecstatic appreciation of a medal bestowed on him by the King of Sweden during the presentation ceremony at City Hall in New York City. Bending over the medal is Prince Bertil, son of the Swedish Crown Prince, who headed a Swedish delegation which made the presentation. It was the first visit of Prince Bertil to City Hall since the arrival of the Swedish Royal party in the United States to attend the Swedish tercentenary celebrations there.
