Head of Empire air training schema with Canadian Premier. Air Vice-marshal George Mitchell Croil, newly-appointed head of the Empire air training scheme (right) in Ottawa with Mr. Mackenzie King, the Canadian Premier (centre) and the Hon. Norman Rogers, Canadian Minister of National Defence, who announced the appointment of Air Vice-marshal Croil. Canada is to be the centre of the Empire air training scheme.
