Allied armistice with Romania signed in Moscow. Russian Marshal Rodion Y. Malinovsky, representing Russia, the United States and Great Britain, and acting in the interest of all the United Nations, signs the armistice in Moscow with Romania under which the former German satellite agreed to enter immediately the war against Germany.
