Meinoud Rost van Tonningen. Prominent Dutch Quisling, now in supreme control of all Dutch banks from which he robs the nation's funds to support German interests. Born in Surabaya (Java) in 1894 of partly Indonesian parentage. His mother was a great grandchild of the Governor General of East Indies van den Bosch. At 28 gra. from Leiden University as Doctor of law. nominated secretary of the American-Norwegian Arbitration Ct. 1923-26 secretary to League of Nations and between 1931-36 he represented League of Nations in Vienna as financial adviser to Austrian Gov. Later Banking House of Hope & Co. in Amsterdam. Joined National Socialist Party of Mussert in whose paper he proceeded to avenge himself of his former friend and Jews. He is fighting a dour combat for surpreme leadership versus the self-appointed N>S>B> Leader Anton Mussert.
