Deserving miners obtain the distinguished war service cross from the Reichs-marshal. On Saturday 11.1.1941 in the frame of an festive hour in the house of the flyers, the Reichs-marshal banded over the distinguished war service cross which was granted by the Führer, to a great number of miners of all districts. Reichs-marshal Hermann Göring in conversation with a miner who was distinguished with the war service cross.
