Japanese representative arrives for preliminary discussions in connection with naval disarmament conference. Captain Iwashita, a leading figure in Japanese Naval circles, arrived at Waterloo Station, London, on the Berengaria boat train for preliminary discussions with the Japanese Ambassador and British authorities in connection with the Naval Disarmament Conference next year.
