The entrance to the former Royal Netherlands Indies Army barracks area at Klandasan, Balikpapan, which were severly damaged during the Allied bombardment and invasion of the area. On the roof of the house at the right can be seen two A.I.F. signallers who are at work restoring the communication. NI 3175
