Okresní soud Skuteč

The fonds contains documents of the court administration of the Skuteč district. Jewish affairs can be found in the following documents: estate files marked A, D, IV), index of estates, registers of estates. Also relevant are the files relating to the declarations of death (file M) 1945-1950, guardianship files and registers (files E, P). In 1855, a mixed district office was established in Chrudim, which administered all administrative, tax and judicial matters. In1867, the mixed district offices were again divided into separate district courts and district offices. The court in Skuteč functioned from 1868 to 1949, when it was affiliated with the District, later People's Court of Hlinsko.
