MACÁK A., Úřední soud Poběžovice 1938–1945. Inventář, 1962, 13 s., ev. č. 5. The fonds contains archival materials from the lowest instance of the judicial administration in the annexed border region in the years 1938–1945. In the library requests from 1940 it is possible to trace archival materials attesting to the sale of the synagogue in Meclov (box 76, file 291-40) or archival materials from 1939–1940 documenting the dissolution of the Jewish Religious Community in Poběžovice and the entrusting of its property to the care of the Aufbaufond (construction fund) and the subsequent transfers of these assets (box 75, files 380-39, 379-39, 391-39, 352-40).
