The Court of First Instance in Thessaloniki was founded in 1912. Applications, proceedings, decisions according to the Law 4781/1961 "Agreement between Greece and Germany on the compensation of individuals who suffered damages from National-socialism". Copies are available and the employees at the GSA issue, upon application, ratified copies of the archival material according to the provisions of the Law “General State Archives and other provisions” (the Law 1946/1991) and the Data Protection Act (the Law 2472/1997). The material of the Court Archives is available to researchers and the public according to the provisions of the Law “General State Archives and other provisions” (the Law 1946/1991) and the Data Protection Act (the Law 2472/1997).
