The material of the Court Archives is available to researchers and the public according to the provisions of the Law “General State Archives and other provisions” (the Law 1946/1991) and the Data Protection Act (the Law 2472/1997). Some proceedings and decisions relate to the Jews of Kavala before and after the Holocaust. Post-war cases generally concern death certificates and property issues. Copies are available and are issued by employees. Ratified copies of the archival material are available via application.
