 In the collection there are files that were created by various bodies within the Romanian Army, some of which deal with internal security and some of which deal with intelligence reports pertaining to Hungary and Transylvania. In the files there is propaganda material; surveillance of the legionnaire insurgents (after January 1941); surveillance of bodies hostile to the regime in Romania (Communists, Jews); intelligence reports regarding what was happening in Hungary in 1944 (in these reports there is information regarding the Jews in Hungary and the train transports on which the Jews traveled from other places via Hungary). Not all the material pertains to the Jews.
 
 Also in the Collection:
 - Notes from the regime in Bessarabia: Files created by the Romanian regime in Bessarabia, in which directives from the regime, orders, reports submitted by the police and the gendarmerie as well as information turned in by the intelligence agencies have been preserved. In the files there is information regarding the establishment of the Chisinau Ghetto and its liquidation;
 
 - The Romanian Army: Reports from the campaign against the Soviet Union, summer 1941;
 
 - The Romanian Army: Arrangement of military courts in Transnistria, Bessarabia and Bukovina (Regulations for the war period and the service of Jews at forced labor);
 
 - The Romanian Army: Draft of Jews to forced labor.
 
 The material was created by Department IA of the Romanian Army, which was responsible for arrangements and the draft. In the Collection there are files dealing with the drafting of Jews for "munca de folos obstesc" (work on behalf of the public good). In the files there are orders and legislation regarding the drafting of Jews; correspondence among various bodies (military units and private enterprises) regarding the drafting of Jews; information concerning service conditions; treatment of various personal requests (transfer, exemption, assistance to the families of the draftees and more). In these files there is also statistical data in the form of diagrams and charts in which there is itemization of the allotment of personnel for various bodies, maps of the draft areas and more.
