Economic Department. Agricultural Department (orders on the appointment of officials). Education Department (school reports). Technical Department (correspondence on the restoration of power plants, correspondence on economic issues). Military department (order of the Romanian military command on the registration of Komsomol members; personal files; death certificates and schemes of the places where prisoners of war kept in the Tiraspol camps were buried). Sanitary Department (orders about the organization of health care). Tax Department (list of residents of the city; subject to various taxes; list of entrepreneurs and merchants of the city and their statements about their income for taxation).
