Woman and little girl by lake. 01:13:00 Military Parade, uniformed men on horses, crowd stands around. Navy, brass band, floats. Colonel Wilbur G. Dockum (1891-1976) served in World War I and was one of Gen. George Patton's under commanders during World War II. He was with the 692nd Field Artillery Battalion of the US Army and served in the European theater of war. He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
