No restrictions on access Booklet published on the occasion of 25th anniversary of the Jewish Gymnasium for Girls. The school was named after its founder, Józef Lajb Ab, who was the principal and the owner of the school which he established in August 1910. Over time, the school changed its curriculum from vocational to liberal arts elementary and middle and high school for girls. Ab served as the principal until 1931. The position was then held by Mrs. Stella Rein. The school continued to operate in the Łódź ghetto until September 1941.
