Hellinger family postcards

Magda Hellinger Blau was born on 19 August 1916 in Michalovce, Czechoslovakia (Michalovce, Slovakia). After the German invasion she was deported to Auschwitz II-Birkenau. She was sent on a death march in January 1945 and was liberated by the Soviet Red Army. After the war she lived in Prague before immigrated to Israel. In 1965 she immigrated to Australia. Contains information about the experiences of Magda Hellinger Blau in the Birkenau concentration camp and the deportation of family members from Czechoslovakia.
