The Home Office (HO) is the ministerial department of the British Government responsible for immigration, security, and law and order. Contains an alphabetical list of records of German, Austrian, and Italian nationals and their spouses who were interned or considered for internment in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia during World War II. Each record contains personal details of the individual and some information about their case. A digital copy of this collection is available via Ancestry.com.
