Consists of circular letters on evacuating Poles and Jews from the eastern territories of Germany and relocate them to the General Government, reports on execution of Jews in Grodno, correspondence on status of foreigners living in Mińsk Mazowiecki, a list of the Jewish foreigners registered in the city Rzeszów, Poland (German: Reichshof), documents on resettlement of Jews from Germany to Poland, establishment of the ghetto in Warsaw (Poland) and Lʹviv (Ukraine), and special zones for Jews in the number of regions in Poland and Galicia.
