 Included in the documentation: Directives from the municipal administration of Bobruysk; a census; obtaining winter clothes from the population; appointment of municipal workers; an inspection of the movements among the population in the city; organization of the work in the kolkhozes; municipal sanitation; directives from the Generalkommissar of Belorussia and the Kommandatur; directives from the Generalkommissar of Belorussia and the Kommandatur of Bobruysk including: draft of workers for labor in Germany; establishment of a Russian theater in Bobruysk; treatment of the confiscated Jewish property; sanitation in the city; renewal of classes in the schools; collection of taxes; anti-Jewish legislation (prohibition on commerce and limitations on moving from one place to another); establishment of a temporary municipal administration; directives from the Bobruysk mayor regarding the drafting of workers for labor in Germany and opening workshops.
 
 In the Collection there is also: Correspondence of the Bobruysk mayor with city institutions regarding the preparation of financial reports; collection of taxes; draft of policemen for the police force; appointment of and dismissal of workers; supply and recovery matters; imposition of fines on citizens; directives regarding marriages and divorces; distribution of land to workers in the military industry; organization of a labor bureau in the city; health matters, including statistics regarding the illnesses in the city and details concerning the flow of patients within the municipal hospital; correspondence of the Bobruysk police chief with local authorities in the area regarding the issuing of identity cards to local residents, attacks by partisans and the appointment of policemen, reports from the Bobruysk District police regiment to the Kommendantur regarding the personnel composition of the regiment and losses among the policemen, partisan activities and the damage caused by the partisans.
