'Nazi leaders await their fate.' 'The twenty-one Nazi leaders, charged with helping Hitler plunge the world into World War Two and degrading Europe for five years, will sit in a bare, small dock to hear their individual fates, when on Monday, September 30, The International Military Tribunal returns its verdict in the trial of Hitler's underliing after a hearing lasting some ten months. The Allied Control Council decided that any of the 21 defendants sentenced to death wouls either be beheaded or hanged at Nuernberg. Sentences would be carried out in private whithout even the press being present, but it is planned to take official photographs of the hangings to prove beyond all doubt that sentences were executed. Those commited to prison will be housed in a four-power controlled prison in Berlin.'
